CROSS

Beautiful detail perfectly describes the crucifix that is most likely from the Orthodox Church. It appears to be mid 18th Century and stands 11" high and 4 1/2" wide. It makes a very calming and perfect accessory for a chest or table in a bedroom.

                             IRON TRAMMEL

                        TOBACCO CONTAINERS

Engraved heavily on both sides of this brass tobacco tin  the elaborate work is on just 5 1/2" long x 3 1/4" wide size. The one side shows a happy theme while the other side is somewhat a sad scene with a skull and body. The detail is wonderful including a small diamond pane window.

SOLD

Yet, another really fabulous tobacco tin.... Both of these were what are called pocket size and were carried with the owner. This one is a very neat one as it has both the place for the tobacco but also has a mirror directly under the top. So, yes, two areas that open. See the pictures for a full understanding. Nice design and also a very neat thin piece of worn mirror glass.
